Fill out the form below to reserve a Conference Facility room. Required fields are marked with an asterisk. You will receive a phone call or e-mail to confirm this reservation with your specific room name.
Note: There is a $10 per hour charge for all evening conference room reservations beginning at 4:30 p.m. or later. Failure to cancel your event at least 8 hours before will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
Reservations for the TelePresence room must be made through Outlook.
